Where do you deliver and how quickly can you dispatch?
Phillips Hobbies delivers to customers throughout the United Kingdom. If you place an order with us before 12:45pm for Evri services or 2:30pm for Royal Mail, we'll endeavour to dispatch your parcel on the same working day. Please note that this is an aim and may not be achievable during busy periods. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
How much does delivery cost?

Which carriers do you use?
We trust Royal Mail or Evri to deliver the majority of our orders. Larger consignments are sent with Parcelforce or DPD.
Will you let me know when my order has been dispatched?
We will send you an email or text once we've picked, packed and labelled your order ready for dispatch. This will include our delivery partner's name and tracking number if applicable.
Do you offer free delivery?
We do. All items can be delivered free of charge if you spend over £95.00.
In the unlikely event of a damaged item:
As a business that's focused on customer service, we will do all we can to ensure your items reach you safe and sound. We also understand that sometimes, things can happen during transit which are beyond our control. We're here to help in the very unlikely event your order is delivered damaged. Please contact us within two working days of receiving the goods as after this point, we're unable to process any claims.
